Yeah me too, I was sitting in the front row....I think he'd released Solid Air just before he came out here, great album.

Yes I appreciated much more later on .... I think it was Pentangle that coloured my appreciation ... that old english folky stuff didn't appeal ... I was a blues rock man only at the time (well mostly)

I didn't get into folk straight away either. I guess Richard Thompson was the first guy in that genre that impressed me.
