Siebold takes the six off him for next year and he says no worries good plan I love this place and I want to be captain one day and he signs.

I know we offered a lot of money but he easily could have said I want to play six so I am going somewhere else. He didn’t. He said I love this place and signed.

People need to look at the footage in the backend if last year versus this, to see how much work he's put in.

+1. Not saying Schuster is the same, but some players might feel they need the cockiness to play well.
Gordon Tallis, Wendell Sailor, Luai (subjective),etc.

(IMO) Locks have essentially become the modern day 5/8 (second receiver) with 2 halfbacks (first reciever) managing one side of the field each. And Schuster is far more a 6 than a 7 in a traditional sense. It makes sense, and plenty have already called for the move but, it could still open our defense up through the middle if he can't attack and tackle

They are primarly ball players these days but if you take Yeo as the prototype they play first receiver and allow the 6/7 to play with more width.
