Warren Smith and Blocker calling the Warriors v Newcastle game was one of the worst I’ve heard. It was like they were trying to out do each other with the top 50 footy cliches. I eventually muted it when my ears started bleeding.

Blocker is just a talking cliche. I swear he just recites the same set of cliches every single game. And I’m not kidding.

Cronk ****s me to tears. Can’t stand what he says and how he says it. Boring as bat ****, just like he was as a player.

There are many things you hear in rugba leegue that don’t make sense. “Coming out of yardage” is one that makes me laugh.

Yeah, that’s a Cronk favourite - thinks it makes him sound analytical and smart.

Yeah people are going to vary on who they like and who they don't it's just personal opinion.... I've got no major beef with Voss.

The only constant everyone should be able to agree on should be that Steve Roach is absolutely clueless. To me he's like a kids toy that is pre loaded with several catch phrases and cliches and you pull the chord on his back and sounds come out at random moments. In fact perhaps a kids toy has more variety.

Have to say poor old Gordie is floundering on NRL360. They really miss someone on the panel who can provide something meaningful on big issues. Gordie just adds random irrelevant comments that usually start “when I was playing…” I swear the others have taken to simply ignoring whatever he says and continue to have the same discussion regardless.

It was a disgrace last night when Voss started to question the process when we got a penalty overturned when the bloke fell into Turbo's hip. We won a captains challenge Vossy! The right call was eventually made. He must hate Manly. Would rather listen in silence, or bring back Justin Hodges (after he called us the Manly Seagulls five times).

No different to Voss crapping on about how the bunker shouldn't have been involved in overturning one decision in the 2nd half ... only the bunker had to be involved because it was a Captain's Challenge, that we won.

We all like what we like.but I think Ginnane is amongst the worst (with Voss) I have ever heard. A complete dribbler.

Matt Russell is easily the best caller in my opinion, but he doesnt want to travel every weekend.

Warren Smith is OK.

Smith was annoying as hell when he used to do World Superbikes with Kevin Magee on Fox Sports back in the late 90s.

Finally someone at Fox got it right. Bringing in Shaun Johnson to the commentary. What a breath of fresh air and footy smarts. It was actually good that Cronk was in the commentary as well. It just made you realise how bland and boring he is. I hope it’s not a one off for Magic round with Shaun. Thoroughly enjoyed his commentary.

Absolutely. Came on here to say that exact same thing. I think gronk realised he was being upstaged too - he made a point of saying something straight after Johnson did. I find gronk really detracts from my enjoyment of watching games, much more so than Voss, inane etc. Surely I can’t be in the minority.

Did anyone notice Cronk labelled last night an "80 minute performance" from the Roosters?! They skipped out to multiple leads and kept the letting the Dolphins back in with defensive lapses. I doubt Robinson thought it was a complete performance, given they twice conceded back to back tries in quick succession.
