The more things change the more they stay the same at the Warriors. Another season of underachieving

Surely after all these years of underachieving, they should merge with say...the Manila Folders?

I'm not sure they underachieved this season, most tipped them to be running 14-16

Their main issue is that their pack is about the worst in the comp and Johnson is an absolute myth that crumbles under any semblance of pressure

As has been acknowledged many times since lockdown, we can't thank the Warriors enough for what they're sacrificing to enable the resumption of the NRL. It can't help their spirits when they're getting flogged week after week and their coach being sacked, seemingly against their wills.

I was therefore so happy for them to get the win last night (apart from the fact it was against the donkeys) after all they've been through.

Now I have a new level of admiration for them having seen the players comforting the emotional donkeys' players last night. There they were consoling the Broncs needing a bit of love, when they're probably in need of a bit of love themselves. Yes, some of them are friends, but still I doubt that would've happened if the situation had been the other way around.

Gotta love the Warriors! (but hasten to add, not quite as much as Manly!)
