How the **** can people do this crap.
I dont have kids but it brought a tear to the eye.

Mate, I was just talking about this, as my other half asked
me if it was worth watching. I had watched it, and like you I was sick to the stomach. I told her to give it a wide berth.

Gonna give The Irishman a look tonight, 3hrs out of my NShift will be a sweet bonus. If it's a bit slow I've got John Wick 3 on standby!

Haven’t watched the Irishman yet. You’ll have to give me a review if you get through it.
Watched John Wick 3 though. That will definitely keep you awake.

I enjoyed it, De Niro just owns the screen. He really is a born actor. It watched it in blocks of 10, 15, 20mins etc because of work so I don't know how I'd go watching it straight through. A great cast, Pacino is great too. Maybe I'm just going through a reminiscing stage as I'd watched Eastwood in The Mule last week.

I will watch it tonight. I too go through my reminiscing days. Watched Eastwood in Gran Torino for the umpteenth time again the other day.

I enjoyed it, a bit like Sopranos.
The interview on the irishman was a good watch also.

Mentioned before that I don't mind Scandi crime shows.

"The Valhalla murders" is a netflix original. Set in Iceland and so far I don't mind it.

Yep, I like them too. They do murder/mystery/crime really well. And I’m pretty good with keeping up with the subtitles now. The only one I have to pause a cpl times is German.
Watched Lost Girls the other day. That was good.

ZZ TOP : That little old band from Texas was good. It covers their early years with The Moving Sidewalks. Billy Gibbons said the 13th Floor Elevators were a big influence at the time. He also talks about when they toured as support for Jimi Hendrix and they played his songs as they only had one of their own.

Forgot about that one.(I watch Netflix/Stan as much as a 17yr old watches porn).
That was a real eye opener. I had no idea they’d been around for that long. I love how humble the drummer was to be still in the band with all his addiction battles.

Just watched The Post. Riveting stuff . And a stellar cast as well. When journalism was actually something to be proud of.

Check out “The Post” on Netflix

The Unabomber-in his own words is really good.(not good in what he did. But the series itself is binge worthy.)

That one was on tv here. I forgot you posted about it. Watched it about two days ago, and thought it wasn't bad at all. Interesting to hear from the Brother and his wife.

I watched The Platform and it was utter trash. I'm embarrassed to say I watched it.

I saw it's on the top 10 watched shows on canadian netflix with not bad reviews...but I've now read all about it and wont watch it either. - both because I read all about it, plus it doesn't see to interest me.

Thanks!
