Why did they choose this week and not next week or are they going to do the same again next week

Also, if we rested 16 players would we actually have enough players to make up a team

Going off what Cleary has said, I think he wants to use the last game to regain some momentum leading into the finals, rather than entering the finals off a “bye”.

Yeah, they can work on specific things at training when they've had a freshen up, chances are a lot of their top 17 may have been missing chunks of training with niggling injuries or the like.

They've effectively been playing knock out footy for the past 3 months.
