Im pretty sure Garrick is on a contract north of $750k. We had to fend off Newcastle during the last contract negotiations as they promised him the fullback roll.
In turn we had to offer him fullback money.

He is great for our club and never gives up but for overall cap/squad balance this is probably the right move. I don’t want to lose Koula out of the 2 that’s for sure!

Is Aloiai gorn yet? Garrick isn't worth the coin he is on in my opinion. No reflection on his effort but we need forwards, the backs have been trying their best to make up for our short comings in the forwards for too long.

This is what I've been saying for a while. Everyone goes on about the injury toll to Souths, yet for the vast majority of the season we've been missing what is essentially our entire first choice front row (Paseka, Croker and Aloiai).

No Croker and Aloiai has made us better.

Souths have literally missed their best players like Murray out all season. Not even comparable.

Yep that’s why I laugh anytime someone mentions injuries as an excuse,especially when they throw in names like Aloiai and Croker

I saw Siosifa Talakai and Braden Hamlin-Uele have been given permission by the the sharks to chase longer deals elsewhere.

We could use Braden to replace Josh Aloiai & Talakai to replace Corey Waddell

None of us know what he will do, it’s a fan forum where people speculate & talk footy. His manager said they haven’t been able to reach an agreement 3 days ago. Seems pretty obvious for everyone bar you that it’s got something to do with winger money vs centre/fullback money.

Why is it that you or others here never come out & say the Trbos should leave? Why is it always about Garrick, Koula, Saab? Why can’t we keep Garrick & let the Trbos go? It’s what annoys me the most, hence my reasoning the 3 I’ve mentioned are so much more value for money & not overly paid! It’s like the sun shines out of the Trbos! I’m not privy to anything internal actually, just looking at things from a different point of view. If I had my way the Trbos would be first out the door! I don’t dislike them I actually love ‘em but im considering value for money outlaid! When the Dogs were after Tom & Jake this forum was up in arms yet anyone else is expendable.
