Has Dean Ritchie lost his inside contact...I can't believe Barrett would turn up tomorrow and put the players in an awkward position - he has always acted with their best interests at heart, hasn't he?

Agree, he is either being badly advised or pretty selfish or maybe bothSo says woodsie. And apparently he was doing all of this because he wants the best for the club and players and just wanted better facilities. I call bull****
Yeah - NahI can't believe Barrett would turn up tomorrow and put the players in an awkward position - he has always acted with their best interests at heart, hasn't he?
We can probably put the "he's doing it all for the players" line to one side now.I can't believe Barrett would turn up tomorrow and put the players in an awkward position - he has always acted with their best interests at heart, hasn't he?
I can see Des quitting if this isn't sorted. He was told it was sorted and it appears it isn't.
Especially Jackson Hastings.I can't believe Barrett would turn up tomorrow and put the players in an awkward position - he has always acted with their best interests at heart, hasn't he?
Cricket Australia will be after a High performance Manager in the coming weeks, maybe thats what he is waiting for.
Still reckon we should take him.......
'Fishing'.
At Cricket Australia he'd only have mediocre performances to manage, if that.Barrett only knows how to manage mediocre performances. .
The fishing I have in mind wouldn't involve a lot of conversation.I’ll take him if you like!!
Be an interesting conversation wouldn’t it?
Funny thing is, a large proportion of the population is paid to do just that, play golf, drink coffee , surf etc, it's called welfareAgree .... however I remember a case being argued a few years back when an employee (in IT coincidentally) was put on garden leave for 18 months .... he successfully argued that a period that long out of the industry, loop, and professional network would have a considerable negative impact on his career and future employment prospects ..... the company ended up settling an out of court payout .....
I'm with you though ... being paid to play golf, surf and drink coffee would have satisfied my lazy arrse ....
Is he the new Pat Howard, ready to take the Australian team to a new level, i.e. the Earth’s core?At Cricket Australia he'd only have mediocre performances to manage, if that.
True. Very true. Just ask Toovey. It's easy to cast the villain retrospectively. Our club has taken great steps forward recently, but we shouldn't underestimate their role in this whole situation .
