I'm surprised at this. I thought 2013 taught the Roosters that all they need is one good ref, not every player that comes onto the market.

And they keep repeating the lines, "It's one of the closest competitions in the world." - what rot. "Any team can win on any day." - Ironstines - depending on the opposition of course. And this gem from the Turdburglar today "and almost impossible to know who will be the premiers in 2018."
Well duh, it is impossible to know who the 2018 premiers will be in July but this sporting mystery will be revealed late September and will most likely be one of the current and predicted top four.
Grrrrrr.

If Scam and Studs Up are retiring, it’ll be Melbourne again, I’d bet the house on it.

If they decide to play on for another year, then you might see another team get a look in. Maybe the ‘Ben Hunt plays in a big game and doesn’t choke’ fairytale comes to life.

Don’t discount the Riff either - I think even the NRL are giving up on the gargantuan task of leg-upping Parramatta to a premiership for the sake of the west, so that makes Penrith the next best choice.

Been a bit busy lately, I haven’t got around to doing any NRL scriptwriting submissions for a while.

I like the Roosters validation.
After signing 3 more rep players - Creighton, Morris and Hall.
After also having to upgrade Matterson, Mitchell and Takiaho.
Besides the millions on Cronk and Tedesco has to also upgrade Keary.
But wait - we have lost Fergo......

Don't forget the 'Pride of the League, Bunnies', where every league fan is supposedly happy when the rabbitohs are winning. If they win again I'm peeling every stupid bunny sticker off every car in Queensland. As for the storm, let me guess, Slater and Smith combined Clive Churchill Medal winners.
I don't even want to think about a donkeys win. Bad for my health.
I'm a bit on a rampage this week.:swear:

Don’t apologise keep going we are enjoying your “Pop Shots” Nicci

My mates constantly banter me with - "Manly used to buy everyone"
Well I then explain - "That was before this supposed salary cap"
For Manly to be hauled over the coals with this squad is a joke, when you look around - between Easts, Storm, Bris & Cronulla, the entire thing has become about as accurate as the officials and bunker.

Don't forget bored corduroy getting a new big contract this year also

Well their backline is set, now lets set back and admire how they improve their front row stocks.

Just goes to show how bad the current ‘level‘ playing is. Must be a very tight knit group at the Roosters taking way unders to stay together lol

There. Is. No. Salary cap.
There is some clubs however who do not have the same tpas as other clubs.

The salary cap plays very little part in evening up the playing field because their is an absence of regulation and evening up of TPA's which are not clearly defined. TPA's are what the NRL choose to interpret them as and Toddy not only interpreted them with prejudice in Manly's case but publicly labelled Manly as cheats! What a hide. One wonders what the agenda was. Toddy must be held accountable and be shown the door!
