Yes he might not be a world beater but I am not sure you can call time on him already.

In other words it took him 3 years to find his feet. Maybe, just maybe in this instant gratification world we would be better off giving players some time...even just the lenght of their contract
From memory he was signed on 250k per season, I could be wrong.... But if correct that's a huge waste to this point.
