Yeah I reckon Cronk did get that down.

You know, we may hate the guy and he may be a first class grub but there really isn't any denying that Scam Smith is the best hooker/dummy half the game has seen. He read that one perfectly and put Cronk into a nice hole.

Green looks very good he is the best player on the field so far IMO. Smith and Cronk haven't done to much. Green easily the best player on the field, great defence, great kicking also.

Smith, one thing he struggles with is using anyone but himself or Cronk. Green had a number of great opportunities as did Munster to score points yet Cronk to smith, smith to Cronk.

Although to be fair the Faders have picked up a number of " slowing the play down" penalties, ****ed if I know why they'd start penalising them now when they've ignored it for 10 years but good to see!!

Anyone else notice the bull**** penalties given to melbourne. The tapine penalty just before half time was a disgusting call, vunivalu was not tackled yet and still moving forward and tapine goes in to tackle him, he gets a fistful from vunivalu and penalty for absolutely no reason. And then you had the penalty against hodgson in front of the post after finucane knocks on way after hodgson moved his hand. When hodgson let go, finucane had complete control of the ball but knocks on afterwards, but noooooo a penalty against hosgson. Aboslute bull****

No doubt the Storms "'big three" are once in a lifetime players , all at the same club at the same time , and one of the reasons QLD's won 10/11 last SOO's.

Unfortunately the big 3 is one of the reasons, injuries aside, why Snake only ever played one test for Australia. Add in the combination with Lockyer and Thurston and you can see why Slater was the preferred fullback in an era when they were considered the best 2 fullbacks in the game.
