Jamal Fogarty

Ricky like every other coach is responsible for rebuilding
Ricky was responsible for his last Canberra rebuild that made the Grand finals in 2019
Ricky was also Responsible for Losing the 2019 Grand final against the Roosters by 14 points to 8
Ricky was also Responsible for Winning the the 2002 Grand final against the Warriors by 30 points to 8
glad to see a broken clock is right twice a day when it comes to Ricky's 20 plus year coaching career.

I have spend the past 3 days collating and analysing all the posts on this thread since the recruitment of Jamal was confirmed.

The resullts are unequivocal.

If .. he has a quite game .... it is travesty, and the worse signing ever.
if .. he has a good game ... glory be, best signing since the Louisiana purchase!

Sounds like you mean, Ricky can consistently get his team playing finals when he has a good team.
That's not very informative!

I am not sure what you mean by replying to this post of mine ?

I can explain your stats by the facts that Ricky has been in more rebuilding stages than Seibold
The Rebuilding stages take longer to get the win percentages up

At the end of the day
It is not what Manly posters say on forums feathered friend
Coaches and Players have the final say on the Manly field

As soon as your Hero Seibold Breaks Rickys coaching number of games and success
Then you can come to me with those smart ass comments

It's not?
But I thought you've said we are all accountable? Make up your mind!
The mind is made up feathered friend
Yes we are all accountable for what we say on the forum and the results we get on the playing field

I want you to please copy and paste that I take total accountability for believing that under Seibold we are not going to win a Premiership.
Now Having said that I am not accountable for his Results . Seibold is

What is Accountability All About ?
It is all about Demoting Excuses and Complacency
Promoting our Legendary clubs Benchmark Premierships Winning Standards
and Keeping the Bastards Honest

But really shouldnt we apply the same thinking so seibold and dce

Until dce starts winning games for the roosters there is No guarantee wether the eagles or the roosters recruitment was any good. Speculation , not even perspective

Nothing else but what happens in the future is relevant
Possible indicators for sure but these indicators currently are sending mixed messages at best and i am being kind

So how do you explain this?
Ricky Stuart coached sides have made the finals only 45% of seasons.
Seibold is at 60%
Easily, Ricky Stuart has coached 23 seasons. Spoon is a very small sample size. Made finals with an awesome Souths squad. Scraped in following year with Broncos which was seen as a massive flop. Bennett took the same Souths squad to the GF without Trell where they nearly beat the Panthers.

We can skewer stats but we can't skewer history.

Not sure why we got to comparing Seibold to Stuart, and I am no fan of either, but one thing Stuart does very well is play the mind games whilst hoodwinking the idiots (and his mates) in the media. Before he got his most recent contract extension (after yet another year of not winning anything) he was spruiking in the media about how the raiders needed to rebuild with its younger players, and that it would take a few years but he was the only guy who could do it. Gets himself a nice new fat contract while simultaneously downplaying expectations. Genius.

Compare that to our SuperCoach, who states we are in a premiership window and that our aim is to break away from the “cluster” in the bottom of the 8 to become a genuine top 4 team and premiership threat. What does that do? Raise expectations, put pressure on the players to perform, and provide motivation for our opponents. Not genius.

Unfortunately Ricky has something going this season at the Raiders and it’s obvious that the team are playing as one, which comes back to the coach

I think Ricky has done well in Canberra, regardless of winning % and what not. He's had a very difficult time recruiting talent to the nations capital and done well to think outside the box to build a competitive roster, i.e. UK signings, untried rookies, etc.

I think most coaches would struggle to get consistency out of the rosters he's had over the years. There's the GF appearance and many finals in that time. I also think he is a good theatre for the game. Thumbs up for me!

Unfortunately, I don’t think it matters who plays in the halves next year, they will struggle if we don’t bolster the forward pack to have speed and agility to put the team on the front foot.

I would love to see some stats of Manly’s metre gains from inside our 20 after collecting a kick, relative to other teams.

Seibs claims it’s difficult for Turbo to shine when we are constantly deep in our own territory. Fair enough, but fix it and get out of there, just like other teams do.

If Seibold survives another year
We all look in anticipation how Fogarty game goes
Under Seibold Brooks game has not evolved
Like Fogartys game evolved under Ricky
Your constant bashing of Siebold is getting tiresome.

Did Brooks evolve under Mick Potter, Jason Taylor, Ivan Cleary, Michael Maguire or Tim Sheens?
