The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles National Youth Team player Jamil Hopoate has been charged this evening over an assault in Manly that occurred on Saturday night.
The matter is currently being reviewed internally by the Club and the NRL’s Integrity Unit.
The Club will not be making any further comment at this time.

You may be right, although cctv footage had no bearing on any penalty for billy slater's king hit. Or at least not yet.
