Wow. Sam Walker in the Qld squad.
I see more weaknesses in him than positives. I must be a poor judge.
Probably only in there to get some experience for next year, doubt he will play.
I agree though can be a liability at times

How insane is NSW's depth atm, below could effectively be a second string Blues line up (when Blues are full strength)

1.Papyhuzen
2.Addo-Carr
3.Wighton
4.Crichton
5.Sualii
6.Burton
7.Reynolds
8.Saifiti
9.Robson
10.Campbell-Gillard
11.Olakau'atu
12.Kelomantagi
13.Radley

14.Hynes
15.McLean
16.Frizell
17.Sims

Bad luck for McLean - out with a hamstring injury & replaced Jacob Saifiti

Alex McKinnon says ‘Hi!’

At least a hamstring injury doesn’t involve a lengthy stint in a wheelchair.

^ Read they'd had positive RATs and were waiting on PCRs for confirmation. A winger's an easy enough swap, but does Dearden (who's similar to DCE as a player) come in for Munster, or do you move Ben Hunt? Huge changes.

Could maybe move Ponga to 6 and put someone half reasonable at full back . Reece Walsh wouldn 't get much preparation but type of player who might go O K there at that level or put Cobbo at one and find another winger . Probably a bit early for Sam Walker as a S O O 6 . The Hammer did well last season as a centre and has full back experience .

They've got plenty of options really but the most significant consequence will be that Qld will become even bigger underdogs - which is just the way they like it.

think that QLD and based on the last game were up against it in any case and Munster is a proven performer in that forum . Again maybe just should bite the bullet and try a bit of unpredictability , like Cobbo at one and Ponga in the halves

Well now it's all on DCE's shoulders for the moroons. Let's see what he's made of when it all rests on him in a big game. We've seen the results for us over the last decade. Big fat 0.
