Top 30 in 2023 me thinks, but will be promoted sooner if defection is a possibility. I think the powers that be will want to keep this one...as they have with ALL the others they deemed worthy. They have been doing a very good job retention-wise since Des returned...moving on young Hoppa and AFB for example.
