The same guy who anointed Peter Sharp as his replacement? The guy who was bought in as consultant and sacked Toovey and gave us Barrett.

The guy who instead of rebuilding over paid DCE on a big contract recruited Tapau and Walker at the same time releasing a junior in gutherson.

The same Fulton who was involved in the salary cap scandal and when **** hit the fan went missing (was actually hiding) that cost us a $750,000 fine

Fulton was the greatest player I have ever seen but was the most over rated coach I have ever seen. With the teams who coached for us he underachieved in my opinion.

I also had the misfortune of meeting him a couple of times can't say I came away impressed.

Either way we don't owe her anything special because of her last name her dad was a great player that's all.

I read in the first article if that if they told her she would have been happy to leave the job. Well this is the second time she was sacked so why not move on? if you are so talented every club would love to have you why the need to call in your media mates to put **** on the club you and your family supposedly love.

I'd clean all the fultons out Scott can go also don't need these people around the club who believe their surname entitles them for a lifetime gig.
Those are fair points, hard but fair. But I don’t doubt Bob Fulton’s commitment to manly. He got quite a few things wrong, as you listed.

I think Brett is a capable coach, and Scott is doing ok as recruitment, but they will live or die based on their performances, so fair enough.

I think Zac and Kobe are pretty promising players. Kobe tries lots of inventive plays and is exciting. And maybe there’s a third one too coming through.

That's one definition. But then even Steve Bradbury won a Gold Medal. Not that I don't like the fact that he did. It was pretty funny. Hadley on the other hand - not so funny!

Yep, more power to them (the young blokes) and any other employee that wants to work collaborativley to get the footy club back on track to success.
 
I understand that all people should be treated fairly equally

Based on the only version of the story No lady should be treated the way Kristie in the way she was sacked and brought to tears

How would any one feel if it was their daughter and heard that only version of the story ?
Well it would be up to the daughter and perhaps her family to decide the course of action not some big mouthed radio announcer who just happened to work with her father, who else has the ability to call up an on air social commentator to publicly support and push their view of a personal workplace matter between her and her employer, that's just taking privilege to the next level, how many 'normal' citizens have at their disposal a major radio network to air their grievances related to a workplace incident, they're only the sons and daughters of a former footballer, albeit a club legend bur essentially not a lot different to both you and I Bozo
 
In my opinion , Mestrov is a very smart operator and would NOT have removed an employee without more than reasonable reasons ( which may or may not come out ).

She may well be successful in an unfair dismissal case BUT that doesn’t mean she’s right and he was wrong.

I dismissed a staff member once who was defrauding me , and I had the absolute proof.

She was under a police investigation when she sued me for unfair dismissal AND won the unfair dismissal case.

I hadn’t offered her “ counseling, nor had I give her 3 warnings, bingo I was the guilty one not her !!

She was later found guilty of defrauding me of $37,000 but received only a community services order ( but did have a criminal record ).

So I had very very good reason to dismiss her , which I did , That however meant zilch in the unfair dismissal case , which cost me a further $8,000 ( you cannot begin to know how much that hurt at the time ).

So , Ms Fulton may well win that but it doesn’t mean much really.
Appalling legal system we have!
 
There is only one story out there currently as it seems Mestrov is not one to get caught up in the media BS (which imo is a good thing). Looks like a man on a mission who doesn't air his dirty laundry
I posted it a week or so ago but Mestrov has been ignoring the phone calls of the usual suspects in the media the last few weeks due to their agendas and when he finally answered one of them he told them to f…off.Today Hadley took a shot at Mestrov over the sacking of Kristie Fulton,ridiculing his greyhound NSW efforts.This story proves what BS Hadley talks
 
You could be right with what you are saying but then again he could be right ?
Lets just say RH is talking complete bull**** and leave it at that @BOZO He knows that Mestrov cant and wont call him up on it publicly. He (Mestrov) can only do that via the proper channels, as part of the appropriate legal process (The KF situation that is). Therefore, RH can report whatever he likes on this, knowing that TM cannot defend himself. Lets see where this goes @BOZO I predict your "perspective" will not age well "feathered friend"

That’s low for a high rating radio show host.

The Moonman was on 1 million a year at Triple M Sydney with a breakfast show that wasn’t rating that well.
 
My experience is this
I look after the security of a Government building and I have seen people get sacked and they took their own time to collect their belongings and leave on their own .T
I never saw a CEO walk them out the door
Management have only asked me to escort sacked staff out the door that became aggressive
I can tell you from personal experience I've had to walk individuals out the door on occasion, it is dependent on the position held and commonplace where security issues are involved, not unusual at all Bozo
