There were a few minor changes but by and large the results showed things were fairly good. We made some com mm on sense changes and the implementation of the leadership team was one of the big things. We also brought on a female moderator and I hope that overall we have made the site more appealing for a wider audience

Have been reading old posts and was wondering if there was any follow up/findings with the survey of female members. I have been a member of the a forum since 2010 and have just started back reading and posting. Still seems a little intimidating, but will persevere and keep reading.
