I was at Shark Park last year to watch a trial match between the Sharks and Manly. Everyone down there from the players, to the crowd, to the ground announcer carried on like they just won a premiership when they beat us. Its little wonder they have had little succes if that's how they carry on after winning a trial match.

Seems to me that despite their platform, they arent conveying anything that is respected by those contributing to this forum. Perhaps its the many that share and convey a view that in the end counts.

We're the element of society they're prepared to alienate. If they can piss off every Manly fan but have everyone else love them, the numbers are still hugely in their favour and their behaviour is encouraged.
