This young kid looks good. He did rush up for their try but he didn't have much choice as henwas trying to cut off a two man overlap.

Good vision from Lyon to do the bomb for our third try when he saw hodkinson was tackled.

Great 1st half !! Bailey holding up well at 6, setting 1 up and rushing up forcing Thurston into an error at 1 point as well. Whare, more impressed with the try assist than the tries, the tries anyone could have scored (well done Robbo, half of that one is yours) but the one he set up showed some real footballing ability

Great to have some depth in that position, especially if we can hold onto Matai somehow

Good start for us, just have to close them down for the next 20 minutes.  The cowboys look dangerous with the ball and if the refs do their normal effort and give them a run of penalities to get them into the gaeme well anything could happen.

Now I know why Matai is being let go - great debut from Whare
