Oh boy... the officiating is just horrendous. I don't even care about these other teams, but boy, it kills the joy of watching a good game.

That lead Manly had against the Storm would’ve been great for our F/A, a shame it got buggered up.

Imagine if some poor mongrel had Manly at 13+.

Watching the Dogs game…wow…the rain, the condition of the ground. Unbelievable.

If not for the modern stadium surrounding the field ... it was almost like watching 1989 again.

Look at the state of the surface in Townsville. The game has only been going for 20 minutes and it looks like a goat track. Just about every step takes a chunk out of the ground. Commentators and media went on and on and on about Brookvale for years but no-one mentions anything about this crappy surface.

Well that shows what real pace is. Cobbo in the clear and gets chased down by Townshend by the 60m mark.

Saab gets a hard time which at times is deserved but jeez how goodnis it to know if he gets into the clear there's a 99% chance no one will run him down.

And now same with Koula. He eased off the other night which allowed the storm winger to get closer than required but speed rules.

I've no idea. I half heard the commentators mention something about the lights but missed it. The public should never be robbed of an opportunity to watch the eels get smashed in complete lightened clarity.
