    I get the standing by Manase, very noble indeed. But it's the rest of the players who are being let down by not recruiting a proper 9. The premiership window is now. Although Croker has improved we need a better 9. Still paying a guy who hasn't played for 2 years is crazy.

    I'll be watching the Grand Final.. The one from '72 then make my way on to the' 73 and so on. Love how unstructured the footy was then. Always spend the off season watching Manly winning the comps over years.

    I think Parker Has improved mate, maybe reached his ceiling granted. when I see him on the team list I'm no longer having a shake of the head. No doubt we can improve our centres but if next year we have Parker and Harper starting then I'll not be too disappointed.

    Would love it if we made the white Jersey that was released with captains name on it the as home jumper. Never owned a nicer Manly Jersey. Something similar anyhow. Not really been a fan of the away one for the past 2 years. Thought the home one was awesome though.

    Heartbreaking for Davey mate. Really great story him making his debut at 28. RL can be Really cruel at times. Hes got a bit of mongrel in him. He will be missed, no doubt he will be back though.

    Im on board. Even with Tommys injury it's still the most excited I have been for a new season for a couple of years. Like you say Bozo, one door closes another opens. Young Birt could be better option than Croker and Cust.
